A Short Real Story Of " Tua Pek Kong " .......

This story happened when I was also working in a hotel. My colleague, a cashier, told me this story while we were having our lunch in the staff canteen.

One evening, her husband came back home after a mahjong session. He was very angry as he had lost quite a lot of money. My colleague then reminded him that he had forgotten his daily evening praying routine, i.e. .. to pray to TPK.

Colleague : Eh dear, you forgot to pray TPK today.
Husband : Aiyah. Pray for what? Everyday pray but never give me luck to win some money !!!

He then angrily took the TPK statue from the altar and placed it outside the door, closed the door and went to do his own things. That night something happened to him.......

It turned out that night he woke up and find himself in a very smoky place and TPK was beside him. TKP then pointed out a big " blackboard" to him and said: " See that section over there, got your name on it ornot?. The husband then strained his eyes to see clearly ( there were many names on it ) and said no. " That's right !! No name mean your luck haven't come yet. So why blame me? :rolleyes: I TPK aside from giving out some luck, also main duty is to bless you and your family members with safety. It also depends whether your luck come already ornot, now you understand?'' :( TPK said.

The next morning, he woke up and quickly went out and luckily the TPK statue was still there. He quickly brought the statue in, placed it back on the altar and offered some prayers to seek for forgiveness. He then related the story to my colleague and that is how I came to heard of it..........end of story......thanks for reading.........:D

The scene is in a bar at the north pole. 2 drunk men, a Texas man & a Eskimo man were drinking furiously at the bar counter.

Eskimo man : We Eskimo man are the most handsome and most courageous man on earth.
Texas man : Bullshit !!! What you Eskimo man can do, we Texas man can do even better !!!
Eskimo man : Oh..... Izzit ??? Then prove it by doing 3 things.
Texas man : No worries....... what izzit ??? :cool:
Eskimo man : First....I want you to finish a whole bottle of whisky in 1 gulp.
Second .... I want you to go and kill a bear with your bare hands and lastly I want you to go and make love to our most ugliest Eskimo lady.
Texas man : Hahahaha ..... that is easy as abc ..... give me the whisky now and I will show you what we Texas man can do. :cool:

The Texas man then start gulping down the whisky. After finishing, he smashed the bottle at the counter, pushed the door open and went into the jungle looking for a bear to kill. An hour later, he came staggered back into the bar. His clothes were all torn and tattered, blooding was streaming down his face. He walked towards the Eskimo man, grabbed his shirt and said drunkardly : " Now where is the ugly Eskimo lady which you want me to killed !!!" :eek:

A Taxi-driver Supernatural Encounter

Today supernatural story is a bit different from the rest which I have posted. Previous ones are all real encounters whereas this one is different in the sense that it was told to me by a taxi-driver while I was travelling in his cab.

This is his story .......

One day while on his night shift, he was passing by the old Chua Chu Kang road when he saw a lady in red dress sitting at a bus-stop alone. As it was only 10 plus, he thought the lady was waiting for a bus. Suddenly the lady got up and started waving her hand as if signalling wanted to take his cab. To confirm, he looked at his rear mirror to see whether there was any bus behind. There was none. So he happily slowed down his cab and stopped at the bus-stop to pick her up. He told me he saw a glimpse of the lady boarding his cab and then heard the door slamming shut.

" xiao jie, yao che na li " he asked the lady while staring ahead. There was no reply. He then looked at the rear mirror and said " eerrr....xiao jie, ching wen....... " He did not managed to finish the sentence as he was too shocked at that moment. There was no one in the mirror !!! :eek: He then turned around and look behind the rear seat.......there was really no one there !!! :eek: At this moment he told me he shivered in fear, stepped on the gas and sped off. He drove very fast and as he know that area quite well, he stopped at a coffee shop, released his seat belt, jumped out of his taxi and ran towards the coffee shop.

That night he sat at the coffee shop, staring at his cab for a very long time and when he regain his composure and felt that it was okay to go back, he drove straight home and called it a day. Actually the most scary part for me is when he told me that the lady in red actually sat at the same spot as me !!! :eek:

Another Taxi-driver Supernatural Encounter

This next story was also told to me by a taxi-driver. Only different is that this one is a Malay driver while the earlier one is a Chinese. He told me he always standby some lines, hooks & baits in his car boot as sometimes when he hit his target or when he felt like going fishing, he would drive to Changi area. I can't remember which Changi area he mentioned but I remember he told me it was very deserted & quiet there. So one day when he managed to hit his target earlier & his fishing urge kicks in, he drove to his favorite fishing ground in Changi.

When he reached his favorite fishing spot, he took out his lines & baits and threw a few out into the sea. While waiting, suddenly he a sound. " toom " He had never heard this sound before in his previous trips so he tried to focus and listened again. " toom " the same sound came back again. He then realized the sound actually came from the sea and so this time he stared hard at the sea, wanting to find out what that sound is.

Dun know whether to say it was lucky ornot, the sound came back again. "toom " he saw something dropped into the sea, like someone throwing something from behind him. So he turned around and to his shock & horror , he saw a old woman with long uncomb white hair sitting on top a nearby tree branch , grinning at him !!! :eek: Maybe just like our grinning icon !!! :D :eek:

He panicked , run back to his cab parked nearby and sped off. Since that day, he had never returned back there even when his friends offered to accompany him.
