Here I go again... look at it as a daily sales transaction.
The WLs are the items you want to buy, and the capts are the salesmen. Capts work on a basic salary. Some capts gets a kickback from the girls when they recommend to customers... when the capts should recommend according to what you tell them you are looking for. Most salesman will try to bring a bigger pay home...only human.

ONLY 2 CAPTS I KNOW WILL GIVE GOOD HONEST RECOMMENDATION BASE ON YOUR DESCRIPTION... and of course, if you are happy, you can tip them. But it is your choice. They do a honest day work, and in the process if customers are happy, can tip them.

The 2 capts are TAN and MIKE.

And the final factor will be depending on the chemistry between the WL and you in the room.

If no research then talk to an old bird (that's how I started at BW)
They are easy to spot in canteen ie. seasoned and comfortable with the place and very comfortable with the captains. No need to be shy

If you stay near Causeway Point or Marsiling near the customs, just take the bus across the causeway, go down to the JB sentral bus terminal after clearing JB customs, walk along Jalan Jim Quee for 150 metres then turn left up the slope another 100 or 150 meters and you will reach Bluewave Hotel. Do your deed and backtrack to causeway on foot. The whole exercise/assignment/assault/project can be done in 2 hours flat or less.

JB that area quite safe la. once u walk down frm BW hotel then is the main road near the train tracks already. that side quite safe.
