I'm interested in taking a trip to PI, would like to ask bros here how much to budget for 3 nights of activities and which place is better to start with AC or Cebu? tentatively thinking of the Aug public holiday period

It's your first time to the PI? Go to AC. After all you only have one street to explore there (fields ave). Dun have to venture elsewhere until you become familiar with the pinay culture.

Cebu is a city, you might get lost :D
