well, I did .. and 95% were scam .. though a 5% did turn out fine, though I didn't try to risk my life on too many - and it was enough experimenting ..

Well, the thing in these scams is, the photos are legit, the backgrounds tally .. (in this case the Bora picture is 100% real .. ) and minor stuff works ..

Then you find out, maybe the girls computer went for repair the repair man stole her pics and decided to venture out on his own .. :)

Or in another case, the sister's BF decided to pick the pictures and re-use them .. :)

Yes very often the girl in the photo are some imposter. Pretty girl like her no need to play tagged man. hehe

Hmm.. so far for me those that i met from DIA and pina love are the girls themselves in the pic.

I guess I do try to avoid meeting girls who:

a. ask for load top up before meeting (cos I just met you, wanna call you, baby .. guess the lyrics don't really match) and then ask for 500 php, long distance calling?

b. ask to pay taxi fare (cos honey, I stay so far, and so trapik if I take bus or jeep)

c. especially so if they look REALLY good in the pics and ask for the above - steer clear

Just be safe and don't be too desperate to score what you think is a grade 8 or 9/10 chick and should be fine. :cool:

The murder in Tagatay of the foreigner with one leg that was murdered last Xmas is not solved because the family of the foreigner has not paid peso to file a case.

Paying peso to file a case against a criminal before the police will prosecute is a f*#ken joke... "

It is called filing fees and legitimate in many other countries too. This is to prevent frivolous and malicious complaints. Even some places in Singapore have this practice.... eg. LTA (When you want to lodge a complaint against a taxi driver.... LTA require you to register at the counter and the registration fees is Sgd$50/= non-refundable) :rolleyes:

My aunt's home in Ledang East was broken into. After reporting to the JB police she was told the report is for filing purpose only. If she wants investigation into the case, then she need to bear expenses as the investigators have to come all the way from Bukit Aman.

I believe in Singapore for some white collar cases where you want the CAD to investigate.... you also need to bear some costs.

So it is a common practice. :D

See, for example, I loose my temper and kill you - what happens ? police arrest me right ? regardless whether somebody pressed charges or not ..

Not in the Philippines - unless somebody presses charges, murder cases are NOT investigated .. and makes it fun when you are a Poreigner and nobody dare file charges to investigate your death, especially when somebody locally has benefitted .. no kidding ..

That, my lord, is the big difference there ..

Now take assault cases - in Singapore, unless the parties have serious injuries, cops advice a magistrate's order.

In Phil, even if I hack your hard off, nothing's gonna happen .. trust me ..

even if there are a thousand witnesses, no go sir..
