I personally dun think one is required.
What's a player?
A player is nothing more than a predator.
Why I call it predator?
Cos a predator will stalk & devour its prey and move on to its next prey.
Does the predator feel any pity, emotional strain whilst devouring its victim, even if its screaming, NO...NONE WATSOEVER!
The predator just wants the meat and move on to the next available prey.
But, once the player has emotional drawbacks, guilty conscience or pity, the player is no more a player, but has morphed into a victim him/herself.

That's the diff between a player and a playee.
The whole game is nothing but emotional entrapment.
The one that falls into this, will in the end, suffer somehow, light or heavy!

Well said...player is a hunter With no emotions but only lust...think the thread "Mistress" will give you a good idea what is a player...:) Dun think TS knew enough about Vn WL to even talk about who broke whose heart...:)

I never said i did know alot.

Actually had no intention of bragging. I really was starting this thread out of concern of the WL. But i guess it really was VN WL being a VN WL.

No intention of showing off or stuff like that. I think my meaning of play might have been mis-interpreted.

I beg to differ on this comparison since human are human... if bros here get what I mean. TS does have a very valid concern here as I believe he is relating it like it would any human with feelings. Why i say no handbook required????
Cos there's a golden rule in these situations:
In the entertainment world, meaning dealing wif WL or FLs, either they or you will get cheated.....

So, if one can apply this golden rule from the start, no handbook will ever be required.
But then again, once the handbook is already needed, to me, by then, its already too late, cos to need a handbook for reference, the one needing the book, will be as good as a victim already.
So if there's ever any Player's Handbook out there, it'll also be no more than a one liner.

Look at them as totally guilty in the 1st degree and let them prove their credibility & reliability over time, this is how you should treat such people.
Now since you mentioned you're a softie, it only goes to show that you belong to the very potential group who will be cheated.
Be glad she walked out on you, dun feel sad for her, cos if she pressed on, i think now, based on your postings, you will be screwed bigtime......

well dont think too much bro. u only had less than 5 outings with her i believe she will forget u very soon. dont forget which line she wrks in if she gt the looks and charm there will b no lack of 'replacement' 4 her. who knws, she might oredi be having a gd time with another knight even b4 u finished writing this post.:D

Sigh... bro, I have no idea why you get so worked up? I didn't say I was a pro as well. Just saying I'm not new to it. Can't remember if I stated but this is definitely first time dealing with VN WL.
If you say I noob, then ok lah. I accept it. I did post my topic for opinion and to get some insight. If I'm that a pro I wouldn't even bother getting opinion right or not?
If I do get screwed in the future I'll just have to take it as karma. I'm no saint. That's why I'm still in this forum.

Anybody worked up PLEASE CHILL. I just wanted to post a valid concern to gain some insight from those experience with VN WLs, and maybe as a slight juxtaposition to another thread where a bro got cheated, that's all. I didn't want to hijack his thread also mah.

The thread has served the purpose i sought which was the insight from a few nice bros. Do i look like I'm pursuing more? or bragging?

yup, no need to read too much into WLs, they are good actress coming here to make money in their own dramatic production. if we are unable to match emotion with lack of emotion and keep our head, even a player encyclopedia is useless. WLs come and go like plane schedule and if we need to feel/concern for them after each encounter then its not a hunting game anymore..we be lost in a jungle and be eaten up in no time :D anyway its good that TS share his opinion here.
