I also want to quit. Got think of a few ideas:

1) stop visting sbf -
open notepad, anyhow type a messed up string of characters randomly, copy
go to sbf, change your password, paste the random string
so you won't remember the password anymore

2) download or purchase quality porn, or those porn that you like
before you attempt to book any FL, watch porn and PCC! it's free!

3) religion

4) love / relationship / marriage

5) ask your wife to monitor your bank account

6) throw away that second line used for booking
do a delete all of all the FL contacts

hehehe.. sorry bros to intrude.. very very hard to quit leh:(... i trying for many years liao.. most can quit is only 5 days max.. now much more worse, knn every alt day knn my lanjiao will be sibei itchy hoping to get some bbbj...:D

my week i thought it was my last bonk. suddenly after bonk i thought i want to quit and i'm very happy, i even deleted all the FL no in my handphone. but see what happen, today is friday and I already start to plan to have another bonk.
it's just like drugs....

visit FL is not the issue
is how you release your stress thru sexual means
you cant run as man are make to be horny naturally:D

5) WL (low end ktv @150)
6) WL (high end ktv @300)

WL can be high maintenance due to meals, gifts, cash (home need, rental, gadgets, etc)

kick habit can try but probably can minimise damage only
1) get a religion to massage your lonely soul
2) get a real GF (s/x maintenance as good as WL)
3) take up a sports
4) get yourself drunk when the urge come (with frens or at home)
