Dun say I bias against Thailand, give 2 examples from 2 different countries which I have to vomit blood.

1) In Vietnam, I wanted to deposit USD50 over the bank counter to keep my bank acct alive but I was refused unless I have an official letter like from my company stating this USD50 is my salary or whatever reason.... I vomited blood on the spot.... My own acct with my passport and only USD50, I couldn't deposit. What they could do, closed my account, withdraw all my cash and opened another acct.... what logic was this or how stupid or silly was this?

2) In SCB Thailand, I wanted to change my mobile no. With my passport and ATM card, I couldn't change my mobile.. Vomit blood... I needed to bring along my passbook... The next day I brought my passbook, they looked at it, ya original passbook, returned me passbook, photocopied my passport, filled and signed a form then changed the mobile no. Again, what logic or how stupid this was??

Today I at Nataree one taxi refuse to take a grp of yipun kias ...... In front of his windscreen still got paper write big big NO JAPANESE :eek:

Thats why nowadays I commute either by MRT/BTS or motorsai ...... Taxi drivers nowadays very guai lan - this place don go la ....... Go but no meter la... More dulan is go already no meter then halfway say jam like fuck ask you alight take motorsai :mad:

I prefer the smoking area at T3, Outdoor Garden Terrance and the one next to Silver Kris Lounge :D T2 best smoking area is the Sunflower garden at Level 3 imo :)

Sighs.......but this "protest" oso wouldnt allow the sacked taxi driver to gain back his taxi license and somemore if kana caught with the notice no japanese they kanan summon. Sometimes really don understand how the thais tink at times :confused: But have to give to them for their brotherhood.....:D In sinkapore ..... Taxi kana complain license revoke other drivers will only say obi good :p

Oic... shouldnt the thai authority b helping their own fellow men.. haizzz.. even in Sg, if someone complain abt a taxi driver, the company will still let the driver to explain the incident before the co gives any verdict..:(

BKK taxi is doing this, "mai pai" or no meter for donkey years. The whole Thailand knows except useless official pretend dunno. That's why Thais will open door ask driver whether wants to go then board the taxi. When I first time in BKK, I dunno. Flagged down a taxi, opened door and immediately sat inside then driver said, "500thb" or "mai pai", I had to get out of the taxi, damn stupid.

Pinnacle Leh.. the world tallest public housing... haha.. the cost of a new flat in pinnacle is already at least 600k so resale price at 1.028 mil is nothing... dun b surprize the highest floor might get abt 1.5 mil soon..

You dam wrong about your uncle. In 1985 to 1990ties, I only use BKK public buses, walked the railway tracks (totally poverty housing) Bet you never walk that sector before.......anyway you cannot experience this any more.

In JKT, I used public bus to travel around too, until an accident happened......

Young nephew, you only hear the spoiled travels of mine....... now old liao, less adventurous, but still love the parachute. ......

Some taxi drivers are alright but majority sucks! Those taxis waiting outside the clubs especially. Damn attitude.

There's once, my friend residing at Pram 3, when asked the taxi open price 350 bht no meter. Given she slightly high, she cursed the taxi driver. :D

The taxi driver not happy, step out of his taxi.

I just told the taxi driver she's drunk. She just now talked nonsense. Then walk off.


Lost his job because he cheated the yipun volunteer. Double his price to his usual destination. But I think the driver deserved that. Gas consider cheap in Thailand. According to the yipun he was charge 750฿. His usual price with meter is 350 bht.

If want to earn, must agar agar, this one greedy.

Some taxi drivers, open meter but also cb kia, they go longer route. When the place is familiar, I'll just tell the taxi to go by my route. :D



Ya, if I'm in the city, I'll take bts/mrt unless night time, I'll lompang someone who drives. Taxi is my last resort of transportation.
