I will be in Clark from 10th Dec to 16th Dec 2013. solo

force to clear leave, this year went donguan 2times liao.. LOS riot.. zzz

so in the end, book tickets to clark. Virgin AC solo trip.

Going to have 6nights in Clark. so here is my short plan.

2nights AC follow by 2nights Subic then back AC for the rest of the trip.

There are plenty of info here on AC for me to research. However, not much info about Subic.

Is Dec peak season in Subic? Any hotel to recommend? book online better or actually go there and find better?

If you are going to subic for the beach, then it is ok... but if you go there for the bar scene... forget about it... AC is waaaayyyyy better.

its been awhile since i last made any plans to revisit AC... apart from our exchange advantage, and their incredibly affordable entertainment... i personally find the novelty wearing a little thin. and my lengthy sexxion wears me out, more than i get a recharge from a vacation.

perhaps for future trips, i'd have to work out a decent itinerary, get hold of a nice hospitable hot chick, so that she can be my playmate to some other scenic destinations. after all, they say a woman gives incredible sex when she feels loved.

thanks for yhe warning.. i have 6 nights to spend. haha.. i don't mind gg further if there are better recommendation to travel out of AC.

I went to subic on sept, omg!!!! the journey was real tough lol.. y? because the highway connecting to subic is damage n they close it. u hv to travel abt 2 hrs now from ac, bypass all the rocky road n kampongs in a van ( we hv 6 person tat time)..

hotels n foods there r expensive... bars r cheap, beer is 70p n LD is 150. u r right!!!! AC is way much better than subic hehe...:).. girls r soso only.. trike is 50p a ride.. hahaha..:)

the road has been temporary open. no problem of getting to subic.

Depend on where you want to go. Baretto or Magsaysay area.

Baretto is cheaper but girls choices/option seems to be better in Magsaysay.

thanks for the advice. where do u all stay at subic? heard about floating bars in the middle of the sea, quite interested to go experience. haha

i'm sorta of a adventure seeker/backpacker, did a 12hrs bus from bkk to loas before. thereafter, came back bkk slowly visiting each major town in northeast thailand. haha

damn..i just got back from CP yesterday and i am already looking into AC thread! CP has gotten too expensive for my style of cheonging.. guess AC will be in my radar for a while. Only thing is the logistics, no direct flight from KL to AC :(

I think overall the entertaiment scene in China is and will be more expensive due to the economic growth. I just went to Gui Yang last month and went to the KTV... the sitting fee is Rmb 500 !!! I guest it is very difficult to find the Rmb 300 sitting fee liao... and with Rmb appreciation... i guess AC is still the best budget and I think more fun too...

AC.. here I come..

I totally agree, even with the RMB300 sitting fee, it gets expensive...esp when the two of us choose a RMB899 small room, call 2 gals each...plus a couple of non-PR which we found on wechat...plus 2 DJs in our room...plus a couple of BM...bill comes out to be more than RMB4k+... :eek:

then again, when i go out partying, i dun like to be counting the bills flowing out of my pocket...as in AC, spend spend spend...4 day trip will not exceed RM3.5k...for now. :D

no, that is not a con. there are places with such prices and there are willing buyers too. i dont like the prices too...so i choose not to frequent those joints. i wouldnt call it a con, though.

Many hotels available in Baretto. Seaside resort, rooms in bars, standalone hotels, houses converted into hotels are all available. Anything from 700p upwards. Depending on high or low season and facililities.

Floating bar??? Open or available or not when you are there? Well, at least these sites will give a you a better picture. >>>
