i posted on this thread earlier on my macau experience but as far as ZH goes, i am a complete sotong newbie on the place. i know from 1st July, Singaporeans no longer enjoy the 15day visa-free entry into PRC due to the olympics. So, it would seem that i would need a visa to enter ZH. The question is whether i have to apply for the 30day tourist visa at the China Embassy here before i go OR can i get a visa on arrival for 3-5days validity (i think its called a Special Economic Zone Visa for entry and exit into Zhuhai ONLY) at either Gongbei or Jiuzhou Port?

It is damn sayang to pay for a standard 30day tourist visa for what may only be a 2 or 3 day visit at most. Any senior bros here can advise on this? And also, i know you have to show a return air ticket or hotel booking in order to get the 30day tourist visa done in Singapore. But if you cross into ZH by either foot (from Macau) or boat (from HK), how to show air ticket???
