Always fill in all the blanks before you are presenting yourself to the BI people (that's how BI people think you should do - "present yourself... " )

I hope you are not appearing in Singlets and with rubber slippers ? well, another BI rule says you should be dressed appropriately, or be denied entry ..

well, welcome to Philippines - Dress code and ceremonial stuff, and pompous show off is more important than getting stuff done ..
