25k is excessive if you meant SGD

Best, if the person has bank account DBS remit is good rates with zero transaction fees

But send 5k by 5k SGD

But withdraw can be max 20k peso to 40k peso depending on bank

Any money above 100k peso banks can hold the money and ask questions in Philippines

If it's for valid purpose, then no worries

But I don't trust Philippines banks to show them my Singapore van balances if they ask for source .

When I went to local bank, manager Tells me he saw me logged in online banking 3 times

But prefer cash receive personally.
