Actually you can just step in the shop and say you want a lady to massage you, if they offer you a male masseur. Nothing wrong. You're the customer and you can choose. No need to shy. They know what you're there for :D

Can't really tell from the shop outside appearance either. I have been to those tcm tuina that do real treatment (you hear customers coming to consult the doctor or tuina specialist - wear white coat type, talking about foot injury, giving prescription etc.), while the lady in the room is making me real 舒服 :D Some of these shop owners do such two-prong business.
