I am north of AC, and so far, PH is staying closed for tourists until at least November. They are already damn unable to manage the 20,000 OFWs and having so much drama there. Plus some who arrived, tested, and disappeared, and later results came back positive ..

And more OFWs are expected back, as soon as more and more lose their job. their focus will be on the OFWs till the foreseeable future. They are encouraging local tourism, but lot of islands are off limit and no local flights.
