Most of the Pogo requirements is 35 and below,
8000-10000 start, after probation will rise.

Most the pogo had problem to source for manpower, its harder to get the Chinese to work here as there are rules that target them once they return to China.

So now the Pogo are getting more Vietnam and Malaysian now.

Also they are “stealing” from the staff from other company.
Depending on how hard working u r, most pogo offer percentage of the earning to u, i knew quite staffs now earning commission in million peso.

They're hypocrites. He says he is willing to take it knowing that he is past the recommended age of upto 59 only. Also saying they're not supposed to get to avoid getting branded as VIP but on the other hand they already did so in the pretense of either "making it sure it's safe" or to "its for the benefit of president" etc...
