Pinoys are not very calculative, they dont really see the big picture.... thats why even the govt requires salary to be split into 2 and paid on 1st and 15th of every month, the leaders know if you give them entire salary on 1st then then they will live like king / queen for 10 days and after that will ask / loan money to eat rice for rest of the month.
