Even cops are out to scam... really need to extra vigilant.

Off topic, anyone knows if SG licence can be used in PH for bikes/cars ?
Or we need to apply some paperwork 1st.
IIRC, SG is international licence.

Apply international driving licence.. valid 1 year.. u kena caught or wat.. just give them the license.. and continue driving.. they will take away your international license..

2 Options:

1. If you are not staying beyond 90 days.. just fuck it. You still have your SG driving license. Just drive. Go back SG apply again.

2. If you stay long-term
Bribe them. If is local traffic police not LTO. Just ask them how much is the fine. If they tell you the amount.. gauge from there. If they tell you check on the website.. then you know they are legit (cannot be bribe).

3. If you stay long-term
Pay the fine at the office. Pretty fast now. Before pandemic it was at least 3hrs to pay the fine and take back license. Some people get fixers outside LTO to settle for them. Now post-pandemic.. 30mins.

(I got caught for speeding recently, that's how i know)

LTO checkpoints, don't accept bribe, because they have target I think. Like the time the fellow stop me, check everything incuding spare tyre in my pajero, all good, finally fxxk me saying I was not wearing seat belt until I see the LTO bugger.

End up 1,300 something fine, but problem, no more 10 year renewal. Only 5 years if ada LTO violation,

Anyway, if staying on work pass or residency, not hard to convert. Better, because that's another useful Government identification

if you encounter educated Enforcer, like I kena 10 years or so ago, he don'rt respect the International license, take International and SG License !! if you see fine print, international license say must be accompany by original license,

Hi all,

Will be going to Manila next week for the first time.
Would be staying at gramercyresidences.

Not too sure if the location is convinient.

Anyway, just wanted to check for Singaporean going to Manila.
Is it a must to get travel insurance and install the health app or apply visas etc

Is there anything that we need to show the immigration officer at the airport?

Apologies for the noob questions

Just need to fill this etravel form. That's all you need, Singaporean is Visa Free to Philippines.

https://etravel.gov.ph/

For immigration, they only see your passport. That's all
