Just back from my trip to ac on this Monday,nothing of this said 14 days quarantine needed for Singaporean. Many people wearing mask. But I heard there is a full plane load of China people send to Clark for 14 days quarantine. Maybe after I reach sg

But if u there let them know u from singapore not China. They are ok.

Actually the no-boarding rule was implemented by BI, for any part of China, or HK. Unless the person is a Filipino or has residency in Philippines.

That is false info. No PRC being allowed in since last week. Or anybody who transits in PRC or HK..

The people flown in are filipinos who were stuck in Wuhan

Quarantine is still better than no entry ..

Yesterday abs CBN was all about a China guy with family in Philippines being told to go back. Because he doesn't have residency in Philippines - just a tourist visa.

I think the driver who told me partly correct. New Clark city will be use at a quarantine for Filipino coming back for hebei.

There's local protest saying the quarantine must be some other island. Filipinos loving Filipinos - at it's best !! Despite the cordon being at least 3 KM plus strict controls into NCC. Yeah - the locals are making fake news that it's chinese. Why will Philippines quarantine chinese when they said no more PRC or HK or anybody who transit via PRC or HK - No boarding allowed.

Guys. I will be going over next week. Is it advisable to go now? Will we get quarantined there? Or we can choose to go back if they quarantine us. Pls advise

Exactly. And as of now, the dumb fxxks in PH decided to ban all Taiwan travellers or anybody who transit in Taiwan, because, errr . they deny it's not because of the One China policy of UN, but, well, seems that's the case, as WHO hasn't exactly targeted Taiwan.

As of now, no quarantine from SG. But check Philippine department of health advisory.

My opinion is you would be quarantined with the rest of the passengers as you might have caught the virus in the plane.
You could infect other passengers and flight crew on your return flight if they allow you to go back.
I would also be in AC early March, keeping fingers crossed no ban and no quarantine

I dunno what game the PI authorities playing or even know what they are supposed to do?

My company was closed for 3 weeks due to the CNY holidays and owners going USA for family matters. So me and my PRC colleague decide to use this 3 weeks for a vacation as she is not returning to PRC for the CNY. Her sister who is studying in SG also decide to join us with her local BF.

All 4 of us spent 1st week in LOS (BKK/Patts) no problem. Me & colleague then spent 2nd week in Vietnam (Ca Mau/Danang/HCM) no problem. But her sister had to return to SG with BF because he had to settle some work matters. We agreed to meet up in Cebu for our final week. Me & colleague flew into Mactan airport from HCM.... arrived and cleared immigration no problems at all even though colleague was holding a PRC passport.

Her sister & BF flew from Changi into Mactan and almost got quarantined even though they had not been to anywhere near China in the past 6 months. They were given a choice.... accept 14 day quarantine if they want to remain in PI or take the next available flight out of Mactan if do not accept quarantine. They had no fever or any symptons.... reason given was that because they HAD ARRIVED FROM SINGAPORE so they had to be quarantined.

They declined to be quarantined and book flight back to SG which was next day. But the biggest joke was they were allowed to move freely around Mactan while waiting for their flight which they spent their time at the Mactan Casino.

Dunno what logic those immigration people use?

Looks like the immigration chop their passports to allow them to enter Mactan to wait for the next flight or the casino is just next to the airport ?
