Hey Bro - I've been to Dragon Night Club twice, once alone and once with friends. It's at Golden Dragon Hotel (same as 18 Sauna).

I've always showed up with a coupon that you can buy in HK, but how it works is you basically pay a "cover" type charge to enter. I think the coupons were about 400 HKD but it varies on what times you enter. It costs more without coupon and more at peak times (after 9pm or so).

When you enter, it's a huge room (compared to SG KTVs) - your coupon gets you a fruit platter and a beer or tea. Other liquor/food costs more but if you're just there for girls one beer is fine. The mamasan assigned to you will then explain the system - she will bring out girls in groups and you can pick one or pass, just like in SG KTVs. If you pick one, you can still trade her out if you don't like her. Just push the button in the room to summon the mamasan.

Anyway sit and chat - they have PRCs and Viets and some Thais. Once you think you want your girl, call the mamasan to take her to a room at the hotel. There are normal girls and models - I think a Viet was around 1200 to 1400hkd and a PRC model was 1500hkd on top of the cover. You theoretically have 2 hours with the girl if you choose fast after you enter - but maybe only 1 shot, not really sure.

There's no "program" in the room, unlike a sauna - so just shower and get it on. The room is a hotel room and is pretty decent. I've always left after I finished, not sure if you can go back to KTV after.

It's a pretty nice sauna though, but for the price of massage there can get so much more at Jin Ye / Guo tai... I wouldn't mind paying more if I could get one of the hostesses, they were damn chio :p

18 runs from about 1700 HKD to 2000 HKD, depending on the girl, for single session + 24 hour sauna access. Don't think 18 has any special promotions.

Entry without choosing a girl is something between 400 to 500 HKD in every place - not sure, I always get a girl :D All thesaunas have extras you can choose to pay more for, massages, special foods, cosplay with the girls, longer services, etc...
