in broad daylight robbers robbed a cab driver at gun point
there used to a network of smugglers based in hubei province selling guns all over china , police just smashed this network recently
a handgun was selling for 5000 rmb on the black market bullets not included

In case anyone is confused there're 2 Lian Hua Lu.
One is in Zhuhai (near Gongbei Border) and another in Macau (near Hengqin Border).

The Lian Hua Lu that you're talking about is the one near Gongbei Border where it used to be streetwalker haven.
Hengqin Border is the one where it'll be 24 hours operation not Gongbei Border.

Hengqin Border (24 Hours from 18/12/14)
Gongbei Border (06:00 - 01:00 from 18/12/14)

Gongbei will always be more congested cause its more convenient (walkable), but I guess with 24 hours border crossing, no more leaving KTV at 10pm just to catch the border closing :D

I usually frequent GOLDEN SPA in Macau. I believe it had been shared much in this thread. But for those who dont know about it yet.

Not the most modern of facilities. But good place to be as compared to the other 3-4 I've been to.

Zhuhai/Macau entertainment is fantastic if budget is not an issue.
Always love chilling out in Macau Saunas.

Zhuhai entertainment venues are sometimes told to tone down from time to time also. :)
