recently just got a checkup from doctor and said that I have unhealthy sperm..
and my wife doesn't wish to have sex with me becos she said that I am unhealthy...
double blow...

Unhealthy sperm maybe due to work stress or health problem....

Have a good rest (go for a holiday) and take plenty of tonic...

Change your diet bro... I think Oyster should be nice to build sperm. I should assume that the doctor is just saying that you have a low sperm count that's all... Try to take Oyster raw (with lemon)....

Unhealthy sperm and low sperm count are 2 different issue. Since you already consulted your doctor, I believed that your doctor should have gave you some medicine to cure it. Not to worry, everthing shall be alright after your medication......

Ya..the doc said is low sperm count and gave me some medication.
Even though low sperm count, I still have the urge to make love to my wife, I still can have erection, why she treat me like I am sick...

Mostly due to work stress. Exercise more.
But what I don't understand is why ur wife refuse to have sex with u due to unhealthy sperm. Does not make sense ...

Do you work with radiation sources? Ie microwave/radio wave/x-ray
Do you work with chemicals? Ie pyridine
Do you wear tight briefs?
Do you wear tight jeans?
Do you exercise regularly?
Do you eat your vegetables like Mama asked you to?
Do you take hot showers?
Do you have obesity problem?
Do you take medication on a regular basis?
Do you smoke heavily?
Do you drink heavily?

The above mentioned situations are usually possible causes of unhealthy sperm which can be changed. Eliminate the causes you have and you might improve your sperm quality. Btw I think your wife is a bitch. So much for "in sickness and in health". I wish you good health and luck! Try to stay optimistic!

What's unhealthy sperm? Besides us, does your wife understand what it means to have 'unhealthy' sperm? Sounds like she's got misconception, bro. I mean, hard to visualise someone so close to you saying they dun want to associate with you because you're sick. Not as if its AIDS right?

1. Do not go Sauna
2. Wear loose pants
3. Prevent laptop putting on lap
4. Eat more eggs.
5. Reduce stress

Really feel very touch after reading all those replies...
The doc already given me 2 medical and will go for a checkup end of this month..hopefully ..cross my finger..

I think it is mainly due to my stress in work.
I tried to force myself to go exercise every sat...
Sex is a good exercise right? ==> too bad she just don't wish to do it..

I think she is too obsess with getting another kid. Last time, she only make love out of her fertile period. The last moment was about 4 months back and it was a "you want then do now..quick..i want to sleep liao.."..

more protein like eggs and lean meat.
reduce ur fatty food intake.
drink more water.

Low sperm count doesn't mean that you cannot errect. Your urge of making love is still the same as normal people. Just that the chances of having a baby is lower.. 75% lower than normal people..... But again.... medication can be able to solve this problem. When you intend to have a baby, consult the doctor and they will prescribe some medicine for u, advice is to start the 1 month medicine but need to stop all sexual activities (hj, bj and fj). Reason was to accumulate your sperm count and you will realise that the very 1st shot after 1 month is "superman":D

As for your wife issue, you can explain to her that low sperm count doesn't mean that you are dirty. If necessary, your can even bring her to your doctor and ask your doctor to explain to her.... For her to avoid you due to low sperm count is not logic..
