There's only Hougang De Sauna in USSC right?
But that place is so damn run-down... It has been donkey years since I last visited there.

something like ZM pte ltd..

but when u see what they offer..you be suprised :D

Closest probably Upper Serangoon Shopping center, got 2 HCs and at least 6 TNs but the girls there are as old as the shopping center..at least 35 to 45 years old...hehehehehehehehe

Agree on the girls. was there on sunday saw this girl damn chio from the back and tried to tail her to see which shop she go to. To my very pleasant surprise, she went the back alley where the *ahem* are and enter this TN shop. Tot I strike bingo, but then she turned around... gosh, better to keep my hard earned money in my wallet.
Moral of the story is back view doesnt mean much.

From the back view most of the time you will be disappointed, abt 80 - 85 % :D:D
