I agreed it is a better option to rent a place for such events like this, but it will be to be on a low profiled basis and closed group as such "happening event" attract too much attention. :p

rental for such a place per month maybe like prolly min 5k or even more, since now our property prices is like fwahhh.

Found a place, ang Moh staying at Fort Road, Serviced Apt plus he also has a FB. problem is, its a studio apt, meaning bedroom only. He says he'll gladly host us as he also joins group fun regularly..
