ITs diagonally opposite Upper Serangoon Shopping centre. Along the stretch of
shop houses near Lim Tua Tow Rd. This TN got advertise in the chinese papers.
However, never saw the gal in the advertisement(quite good looking) there leh.

Went to KangLi yeaterday.
