Hi I am a bit worried I went to level 2 and got a full body massage.

They had beds that only used curtains covering them. Also I don't know if they changed the towels before and after or even whether her hands are clean

Can diseases be transmitted through towels?

yes..pubic lice can be transmitted that way..
