Hi brothers !

I am starting this new thread because I don't think it falls under any of the current categories. Besides, I don't see it being mentioned anywhere (perhaps it's hidden under some other thread).

Anyway, strictly-speaking there is no need to tip any of the WLs. On my part, I have tipped between $0 - $50 for the Cat150.

$0 when I am not happy at all & don't really care to tell her in her face.

$50 when I am very very satisfied. I want her to know that we brothers do appreciate good friendly service and will reward accordingly.

However, I think we need to exchange notes on what is the correct amount.
If we over-tip, we are spoiling the market. On the other hand, we don't want to under-tip also.

Perhaps the senior brothers can start the ball rolling on this one. Can we spilt up into :

1) very satisfied - $???
2) satisfied - $???
3) just OK - $???
4) not happy - $0

I waited for a while before I respond because I want to see what the other brothers feel.

First of all, this is an open forum for the brothers to share views & experience - not to slam each other.

Second, no one ever said that tipping is necessary. However, if you feel that you want to get better service from this girl again and you want her to remember you, then you may wish to tip.

So, the question is : IF you want to tip, what is the correct amount ?

By the way, my own experience is that if you tip a girl, she will remember you and next time, the service is much better. So, it's up to you.
