Helloz any1 bro here spend christmas in GL before? :D how was the atmosphere like on e 25th?

also ah , i wld like 2 noe whether consider bad luck 2 visit GL on new year's day or 15 days of CNY? what r the superstitions involved when u visit pros on such auspicious day eh?

I used to go whenever I like.
I remember 2 years ago, I was at Orchard KTV on the 1st day of CNY.

I went to Geylang for overnite this year CNY eve. I had a very bad year this year.....:o

since u wan to know let me advise u.Do not go gl on the following days.

1)every 初一, 十五 cannot go.inauspicious.

2)vesak day cannot go also.buddha will wack u.

3)guan yin ma birthday also cannot go.must 吃斋 and 禁色.

4)hari ra ya pua sa and haji also .

5)deepavail, festive of light cannot go also.

6)every friday the thirteen. cannot even step out of house.Worst day of the year.

7)christmas: If santa sees u in gl, no more christmas gift for u.

8)national day cannot go.bad luck for singapore.If u go, all singaporean will zap u.

9)labour day:A sad day for everyone.Makes us remember we are labourers.So must pity the wl .Let them rest for tat day.

10)dec 5:thai king's birthday.If u go, sure bad luck to u.

11)August 12:thai queen birthday.

12)Last, my birthday also.If u go and i tio bad luck , i will zap u.:mad:

I for one don't think festivals=auspicious days & used to become my fav GL girl's 1st customer on NY day,well I am still kicking around till now :)

eh bros dont need make fun of me until like tt rite:( ... i also like most here free thinker but i believe in some superstition e.g. dont wear black in CNY so i thought maybe seriosuly got any superstition with things like GL and auspicious days... what u guys think?

knn now call chicken still must see Almanac?!? alot of people go GL to 'buang suay' so calling chicken is suppose throw away bad luck and to bring good luck. for me only days cannot call chicken is when the chicken having her period.
