BRO,

today is quite a sad day because our one of the major pressure relieve channel is coming to an end.

Tomorrow over 'ah gong' will have a more control on our TN and PTMM.
So today i went to one of the TN at Blk 304 xinsheng at Marsling Rd to visit my usual TN PTMM to enjoy her very last service and say goodbye.

Bro out there if got any feeling want to express , pls by all mean.

Ya lor. mayb for the first few months or weeks will be quiet. after that back to business again. Govt say say onli lah. after a while when thing cools off. back to sq 1. this is sinkapore

where there's money to be made...there's always a way...its the same logic...prc will be in other places to serve you...;) hotel, motel, backlane, toilets......etc

I remember few years back when housing agents were making good money, the garment said wanted to ensure ALL property agents to attend course, sit for exams and obtain license to work. The course syllabus consisted all sorts of kock Business Contract Laws and the exam use all the 'chim-kor-logy' legal terminology ... a lot did not pass the exams.

While 99% of these real estate agents are Sg local people who are making a living, the garment made such harsh criteria for them to enter the industry. Its really ironic that the lousy how-seow-seow TN shops had sprung in so many areas over such a long duration, some TN lau chios make $ until become lady boss, then more and more simply use the 'PDMM' legitimate title and come to our land to dig $ from those lau heros .... and only now then they set up strict regulations.

who ask you to take so high housing loan? you can just take S$50K loan and buy a 2 room flat 1 wat?

last time we all also 1 family 6 persons squeezed in 2 room flat ... or is it your size machiam elephant, so must stay in 5 room flat har?

anyway its wun b game over 4 TN, some of them i know r own n operated by PRs or already SG. There r also some TN/Spa tat also hv SG gals
Jus tat it makes the TN scene less over populated n also kills alot of hang goat head shops

bro.. it is not abt the capital amount la.. it is the interest rate that i am tulan with.. Why must we subject oursleve to pay over 4 % when last time only need to pay 2.6%..

I know ur agony cos housing is a neccessity, y put the int rate 2 lay xtra burden on us?
Then again the boys in white will cum up w facts n stats showing SG has a low housing prices compared 2 blah blah blah n so so so..........in px n also int

BUT my post was not abt int, its abt unc D being CASH RICH:p
