Off topic, but hopefully someone has a solution.

been trying to attach my credit card to use wechat pay, but it seems SG cards arent accepted. Went down to SG ICBC and enquired, the lady claims that SG ICBC cards will not be accepted too.

anyone in SG has a solution?

also looking something to top up wechat & 支付宝 as well... currently getting local PRC friends to top up for me & i pass them sgd.. abit troublesome..

You can google online or look for your PRC colleagues.

A lot of PRCs offer topup services in SG, you pay SGD by x-rate and they pay you in wechat. Service fee depends.
