After I read this forum, I then know the chance of getting HIV in female-male direction is 1 in 1000 even unprotected... I know RAW is WAR but just surprised by this finding

Well you see, there people who don't get infected with STD/HIV even when they have MANY unprotected encounter but then there is also people who get it in a single exposure. Luck or not well best is not to take chances. There are people who like to beat again the odd and is still safe but there are people also lost again the odd.

The results are indeed surprising but it'll be a matter of time when the other 999 people gets infected with HIV should they continue to do raw. This is something like a comfort for all who do raw and are worried if they would kenna something nasty, but how long can these people stay lucky?

I mean you don't tio 4D every wed, sat and sun right? In the case of HIV, you only need to be "heng" once and you are done for.

actually raw for all can be possible provided we wipe out all those infected people (which is impossible but is the most ideal situation) or we can do health screening on every single people on earth then gave them a tag saying whether they have any STDs, HIV or AIDs. So that when you want to do raw, just ask them for their ID tag and make sure they also only did with similar free of all sex diseases tagged people...

or when the day comes when cure or even vaccine is found and produced for every possible sex diseases there is in the universe....

until then... wanna have oral on dick use condom, wanna lick pussy use dental dam, wanna french kiss (use dental dams when got sore in either partner mouth?), wanna lick, suck breasts use dental dams?, wanna penetrate use condom... and make sure use toilet paper covers when using public toilet seats... as if i not wrong, herpes or something can spread just by skin contact....

This is definitely not true brother. Remember HIV was passed to humans thru primates and the simian form being SIV. The researchers did infect some monkeys with HIV and the virus became SIV. To totally wipe out the virus, you have to clean the reservoir in the wild. But even if World Health Bodies do just that, there is no guarantee of another virus evolving/mutating that ability. The best way would be to overcome it.

BTW, for your info, there are other nasties on the block, like HSV.

Yes, and there are cycles or periods when she is most contagious to times when she is least. :D

HIV is pale on the infectious scale to other STDs.

Actually finding cure for HIV/AIDs is not a dream. But i believe after we find a cure for it, more deadly virus will be found as well.
