Ok, opening a can of worms here, I can see the nukes being deployed.

Genuine gf? Depends on how you define genuine? If you define that as she will remain gf even when you stop the income stream, well then the best way to know is to stop that income stream and see what happens. My take is 99% of gfs will sooner or later, mostly sooner, demur of your attention.

If you define genuine as even though you maintain a stipend, you know she truly likes you with or without, well you will never know, will you? Unless you put her to the sword as in above. So even though you sincerely feel her feelings are genuine, its only conjecture on your part. And no point asking too, she will of course protest in feigned indignation its your person she wants, not your money. And in case you do ask, you are a bigger fool than I thought.

And if you are a well-resourced older guy, and she a bright syt with nary an asset, save those curves and pair of racks, you will never have the heart to test her true feelings by not recompensing her for her time and attention and company. Unless you are a mean old bastard. To do that would make an unequal relationship unfair as well.

My take is that even if there is 'genuine' feelings, it would have initiated in the first place by her assessment of your provide-potential, and once affirmed, engendered it. If you doubt that, as one lao jiao taught me, look in the mirror (for older guys)

Anyway all said, one can drive oneself bonkers conjuring up all the endless combinations and permutations. So best, for me anyway, is to go for the ride and enjoy the journey while it last.

Besides, I harbour not, nor covet, permanence. For permanance leads to self deprivation of the talents galore that abounds out there. But that's only me.

Ok, now waiting for the sarcastic remarks about chim analysis, deep england, etc wakaka
