i think if you pass some $ to the doorman or boy of your hotel, they can arrange someone for you... WAIT... incoming data...
i recalled i once saw a few gers loitering around front of for-tuna where the roads are. i do not know whether they are 'jack-able' or not but sure looks yummy if you need something to jack at nite.
