Firstly, thanks to the bro(s) who upped my points.
Secondly, I am travelled more to HCMC than Hanoi and was in Hanoi only for a conference/seminar. But I know they both have Apocolypse Now. Great place to pick up either a local or a Viet Kieu (returned viet) but I must say that the Apocolypse Now in Hanoi seems a bit sedate and less 'happening'.
