Just FYI guys, the cab I took that's using meter is a blue colored cab. I believe it's blue bird or something. I tried to avoid all other cab especially at the harbor bay area where they have cars (and definitely no meter in there). They really gets on your nerves. I totally gave them the deaf ear. If we want a cab, we would flag for one.

As for the rates I got from changing in Batam is SGD1 to IDR7000. My friend changed at harborfront and only got 9000. I changed around Formosa area. All money changer looks like they are having the same rate.

So far my 2D1N experience was great. Didn't spend much as well as didn't plan on going shopping or KTV. Pretty much staying in the room and enjoy the wide selection of of tv channels. And of course enjoying my girl. Haha.
