Falcon was ready to come to any BPL club that was willing to match his salary demands. MC & Arsenal baulked at the amount and Liverpool offered £200K maximum.... but Falcao wanted that amount to be tax free and for Liverpool to pay his taxes which they were not willing to accede to... so the deal was off.
In fact Man Utd is only matching his previous salary at Monaco which is £188K but when the taxes are factored in the amount swells to £350K ....... good luck to Man Utd and the Glazers
