Just got back from Tanzhou last week. Stayed in Royal Duke and yeah it is very quiet there now. Did not ask about Spa on 6F but I was told closed down since last year too.
There is foot/body massage place around the corner of the shopping mall. Last time went there they still offer HJ happy ending.
