Most of their doctors are either trained locally or in Russia. To quote an example. My wife gave birth to my twins in a private hospital in HCM around 10 years ago by C-Section. 5 years later when she did the same at Gleneagles Hospital Singapore to deliver my boy , the doctor took a long time in the operating theater. After the gynae came out, i asked her why took so long, she told me its very `messy' inside as the last C-section my wife did in HCM, the gynae there didn't do a proper job. So the gynae in Singapore got to `tidy it up'.
This is the type of medical skills you can expect from the doctors in Vietnam and the viet gyane that operated on my wife 10 years ago was even a PhD Doctor.
