Ooooh.. very nice. But Lower Pierce carparks tress and shrubs have been trimmed recently. No more place for peeping tom to hide. And its also brighter.
Lower Seletar carpark too small and crowded. Bright also.
Upper Seletar still the best.
Recently tried a few places around Punggol where the flats are still building. Very quiet and peaceful at night.
