Totally agreed! let me share with my practice here. I will usually leave my phone beside the bed. Pretend to check my phone for msgs before session start, do a 2nd check when asked to flip over. And finally do a last check when deed is done. Normally my actions will prompt the ML to be aware that i am watching time and normally they will be more conscious of the time used. So far, my sessions had not been short-changed yet when i step out of the apartment.
