i just find it strange on point #3.
why is exchange of contacts prohibited..? i mean if both parties are interested in going further, they have the right to exchange contacts and go beyond that on their own on their own discreet and it becomes none of your concern, as your job is only arranging the date.
it looks like you are protecting your 'clients' not to give any contacts, so it will end up like 1 guy = 1 date (cause the guy will never know what the outcome is after the date by himself) and move on collecting other guys who are interested.
never heard of agent controlling the client in this manner, even in gokkun.
