Sorry,when i 1st come to this thread,massage 28 or 82 is already closed,and i didnt even get a chance to locate its previous location. Well,unless you are saying it is at the area where the "new" massage 28/82 near to Utama area.

Bro...the bunga massage occupies the very same shop that used to be massage 28 / massage 28.....it is located at same row with Hotel Romance...and facing in front opposite of DC Mall...is within walking distance from Hotel Utama.
