Hooters was scheduled to open in 'early Aug'. Up till today , the location is still a bare construction site. If not mistaken , its the building where the Beach Road McDonalds was. The McD just move around the corner. I heard somewhere that the opening will now be early Nov ; make sense as its the start of high season.
