point of note to TB88 boss - your operator method of responding will run your business to the ground. plus try not to operate without a base, a hourly hotel, really?

Wow I thought only me. Also booked Mickey, go to site, OKT tells me after I waiting for a while, had to call him because slow response to sms, to book room. At first I thought I'm idiot, never check whether room included, cause my policy never to book room myself. Apologize politely and cancel.
Later I check listing it says room/cd included. I message back to the operator he says if I have a problem with his using a "hotel system". I tell him no problem but if not included room don't say different thing on listing.
I think they recently must have changed because previous FR all suggest room was included. Didn't want to highlight over small thing but see that TB88 is continuing like this. Might want to update your listing otherwise other bros will be upset by details of service not as described.
