The reason could be:
1. They are ugly. Trying to make off with one time businesses.
2. Blacklisted cos of their bad service & hoping for a fresh start.
3. Can advertise in many different stables.
4. Provide a sense of mystery.
5. Been here for too long & the novelty factor is no more there. 我是喜新厌旧的。 i admit.
