changing from 1 currency to another currency does not really equates to money laundering leh since you are still still stuck with the ill-gotten gains leh
In $$$ laundering the aim is to convert it to another form of equity where you can use it to hide the illegal origins and do a round robin so that traceability is difficult e.g. you may transfer to offshore accounts then use those funds to buy into other real estate, companies or bonds or trusts, then sell them later and then transfer it again to into another bank then invest again in other areas & so on...................with the final aim of transferring back the $$$ into your own Sinkie account in small amounts gradually over the years so that you dont raise suspicion
