What I mean by control is , these FL do have a lot of freedom and they do have a say with regards to accepting customers.
Frankly speaking, I do not really know these FL biz work. Initially, these FL may be "brought" in by someone. but subsequently, some of them do come here on their own and decide to work under a particular OKT.
As for 80 customers before the WL get a cut. I am not sure about that. Because some of them who come again may only get visa of 3 to 7 days. How are they going to hit 80 customers during these short period?
I am also not an expert. so please correct me if i am wrong.
