Their clubs have PRs and some discos have freelancers, you can tip the bouncers or waiters to ask them to help you approach those you are interested
sometimes they can advise you if those gals can be 'approach" or else you may get bash up by their boyfriends
There are a few well-known culprits joints still around so google it or look it up in the HCM thread but expect to spend more at those clubs
