I saw a post about this Anma (posted in 2012) a while back. I went to an Anma in Sinchon. Get off Sinchon station, take exit 7. Cross the street and walk down the alley until you reach Anma. You will walk pass a few love motel and double Barbra spinning poll. It is adjacent KIA Motor shop. See Map.
I went there on a Saturday around 4pm. Walked in and was quoted 250K won because they knew that I was a foreigner (Asian, I don’t speak Korea). I tried to bargain in order to lower the price, but with no lucky. I asked if they price include 1 or 2 girls and massage. They said 1 hour, 1 girl, and 45 min blind man massage. I was too lazy move to another location and was to try on in Sinchon. A young guy usher me to the 2nd floor and to a room. A young cute girl (23ish) w/ C cup (fake) awaited me in the room. She doesn’t speak English at all. As normal with all anma, the standard show with the focus on you man part followed by a cat bath. Then we moved to the bed for more cat bath and the FS.
