Damm it. My office cum home was without electricity for the whole day. From 7am till 6pm. Been experiencing disruption in power supply since i came here several years ago. Any bros who's planning to station in HCM can note that if you stay in a normal town house, be prepared to exprience power failure often. The only place i have experience no power disruption is PHU MY HUNG at D7. But its small apartments at crazy rental.
