I go to Jinju (Pearl) Massage in Gangnam. It's slightly different than Hobak but I've gone there before and I actually like it better.
It's located near Sinnonhyeon station in Gangnam. It's directly across the street from the Novitel Ambassador. There is a road going downhill between the 7-11 and the Best Western. The shop in on your left. Look for the inflatable, lit up sign on the roadside (at night).

The waiter will immediately ask for your key number. Again, knowing basic Korean will help. Once the waiter knows your number he will put you in the que. On a slow night, the wait will be one or two minutes. On a packed night, you can wait for up to an hour.
When the waiter calls your number, you will follow him into the massage room. You'll find a standard massage table and just lie down and wait. A woman in here 30s or 40s will arrive wearing a nice mini skirt. No worry, this is just the massage woman. She will give you a thorough massage for about an hour to 90 minutes.
