If you have May bank card, or citi, I think no withdrawal fee.
Or POSB/DBS, withdraw in BPI, supposedly lowest fee. Twice I tried BPI, both time error saying not enough money
have given up temporary.
All other ATM will charge 5$, plus 200 peso.
maximum withdrawal per transaction is 10,000, so withdraw 10k if you do it.
With peso going through the roof, best bring SGD. The foreign currency limit is increased so best, cash 10k peso in Singapore and change in Philippines. Unless like me you going ulu ulu place with no money changer
Generally hotel room are safe but take precaution, lock money more than you need, and pay big expenses like hotel on card, that is suggestion
